Google Calendar and booking information
If you connect Google Calendar to ZifBook, ZifBook uses Google Calendar information to check availability and, where you enable calendar synchronisation, create or update events for confirmed bookings. ZifBook uses this information to provide the booking service you requested.
ZifBook’s use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google Calendar information, including information derived from it, is not used to train or improve general-purpose or foundational AI or machine-learning models.
ZifBook’s booking conversation is handled by ZifBook on this website. Calendar-derived availability shown during booking is not sent to ZifChat’s AI provider by the booking flow. ZifBook’s MCP booking integration has been removed.
AI features in ZifChat
If the website owner enables ZifChat’s AI assistant, the visitor’s message and relevant page or business information may be sent to the AI provider selected by the website owner to generate a reply. ZifChat supports OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, Mistral and DeepSeek. The website owner supplies and controls the provider’s API credentials and account. Ziflite Studio does not provide one shared AI account for all ZifChat users.
ZifChat does not save visitor conversation transcripts in its WordPress database. It may keep plugin settings and aggregate usage counts. The selected AI provider processes messages under its own terms, privacy policy and account settings. ZifChat’s booking flow is designed to keep booking messages and Calendar-derived availability out of these AI requests.
How and why we use information

- Send marketing where you have consented or where another valid basis applies, with an option to unsubscribe.
