3.1 Access to Go Ziflite Go tools is provided through plans and credit packs.
3.2 Payments are non-refundable except in cases defined in our Refund Policy.
3.3 You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel subscriptions at any time.

Intellectual Property

4.1 All content, AI models, templates, and platform features are the property of Go Zif Lite or our licensors.
4.2 You may use AI-generated content for personal or commercial purposes subject to these terms.
4.3 You may not copy, distribute, or resell platform software without explicit permission.

5. User Content

5.1 You are solely responsible for the content you create using Go Zif Lite tools.
5.2 You agree not to use the platform to create content that is:
Illegal or fraudulent
Infringing on copyrights or trademarks
Harmful, abusive, or offensive
5.3 Go Ziflite Go reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Limitation of Liability

6.1 Ziflite Go provides tools and AI-generated outputs on an “as-is” basis.
6.2 We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
6.3  Ziflite Go is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Privacy

Your use of Ziflite Go is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Termination

8.1 We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms of Service.
8.2 Upon termination, you lose access to paid plans, credits, and features.
